Meet Aisha

Hi, I'm Aisha, the founder of The Cookie Hoarder, a Phoenix, Arizona homemade bakery specializing in handcrafted cookies and small-batch desserts.

What started as a love for baking quickly became something much bigger. I've always believed that dessert isn't just food...it's comfort, celebration, nostalgia, and sometimes the one thing that can completely change someone's day.

My love for baking actually started in the kitchen with my grandmother, who was known throughout the Inland Empire for making and selling the best chocolate chip cookies around. Some of my earliest and sweetest memories are of watching her bake, learning from her hands, and falling in love with the way something so simple could bring so much joy. The legacy is the heart of everything I do today. "The OG" Chunky Chocolate Chip Cookie is my ode to her - a tribute to where it all began and the woman who inspired my passion.
